Our transport partner Owens is reporting the following disruption as at 3:00pm 22 February 2022:
Auckland – Currently 2-3 days behind schedule due to positive Covid cases affecting staffing levels.
Hamilton – Currently 7+ days behind due to positive Covid cases affecting staffing levels. 3 new drivers have been hired and a secondary site has been approved, of which Mainfreight 2 Home will rehome to, assisting with congestion across all Mainfreight networks in Hamilton. Please continue to expect delays over the coming weeks as Hamilton catch back up.
Whangarei – New positive Covid cases have seen a reduction of staff – 9 staff affected. Currently 2-3 days behind schedule.
Gisborne – New positive Covid cases have seen a reduction of staff – 6 staff affected. Currently 2-3 days behind schedule for rural deliveries.
