As a privately-owned family business we care about the wellbeing of our people. This is evidenced by the length of service of our staff.  Around 35% of our permanent employees have five or more years’ service with us. Eighteen of these staff have 10 or more years’ service, and together these 18 valued employees have given 270 years’ service to the company.
