From Humble Beginnings

In the tough months following the 1987 stock market crash, our founder, Ben Evans noticed an international trend of organisations outsourcing their physical distribution and warehousing activities to enhance their supply chain’s flexibility and achieve greater efficiency.  

Ben seized an opportunity to start a logistics company. 36 years later, Online Distribution is a successful privately-owned family business with a team of 200+ dedicated, passionate, and hard-working people at 15 warehouses strategically located in Auckland and Christchurch.
