Tom joined Online Distribution in May 2020 as a Storeperson through a temp-to-permanent placement. His dedication and leadership quickly stood out, earning him a promotion to Site Manager in 2022. Working in a fast-paced environment, Tom thrives on the variety each day brings and the opportunity to collaborate closely with his team. His journey at Online Distribution has been defined by growth and mentorship, values he now pays forward by fostering strong, supportive relationships that empower his team to unlock their full potential. Outside of Online Distribution, Tom spends time outdoors with basketball & swimming or off the beaten track, hunting & off-roading.
