Reuben Lauridsen

Reuben has a background in Architecture and Design which taught him to think critically about processes and outcomes, as well as balancing multiple projects and deadlines. Reuben joined Online Distribution in Auckland in October 2024, progressing quickly through several roles, including Casual Storeperson, Storeperson, Inventory Controller, and in April 2026 was made Site Manager. Initially, Reuben saw limited overlap between his design experience and 3PL logistics yet has found a sweet spot; utilising his experience in Architecture to creatively problem solve and position his team to ensure fantastic outcomes for clients. He applies a people-centric approach to his team, clients, customers, and other stakeholders. Outside of work Reuben is an artist, working with robotic plotters and code to create highly detailed pen and ink artworks. A major highlight from his artist journey was the opportunity to exhibit at Art in the Park at Eden Park in 2025/2026.
