Greg brings substantial experience in leading the development and growth of companies in the Australasian supply chain and healthcare sectors. He enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships. As a recipient of the Prime Minister's Business Scholarship in 2011, Greg studied post graduate management at the prestigious Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Having known the Online Distribution team from previous roles with two of the company's long-standing healthcare clients, Greg welcomed the opportunity to join the company and became Chief Executive in April 2019. Now the logistics industry is recognized as a critical component of the New Zealand supply chain, Greg is excited to be leading a well-established family-owned business in the logistics industry at this time. He has an exciting growth agenda for the company with an ambition to confirm Online Distribution as a lead player in the Australasian multi-channel / e-commerce space. In his spare time Greg enjoys spending time with his family, mixing in a little golf and following his racehorses.

After working various roles over a six-year stint in London, Guy joined the family business in 2005. He is a Director of the company and currently holds the General Management Commercial role. Throughout rapid change and growth of the business, Guy has used his skills to influence the company strategy and maintain a philosophy of a family business, believing that the high care and high engagement culture of Online Distribution underpins everything, and sets it apart. Guy believes the more time he invests in his people, the more they will invest in Online Distribution and its clients. When not at work Guy loves golf and travelling, and spending as much time as possible with his family.

Glen joined Online Distribution in February 2022 and brings with him 25 years of Logistics and Supply Chain experience. After initially starting his career in Inventory Management, Glen broadened his Logistics and Operational knowledge through roles in Transport and Manufacturing along with Project Management before returning to 3PL Operations. Glen is passionate about his role within a family-oriented organization and working with so many exceptional and dedicated people. When not working Glen is a keen sports spectator and sometimes golfer and mountain biker.

Hamish joined Online Distribution in March 2021 as the General Manager for Digital & Technology, a key role within our executive leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in deploying technology solutions within the logistics industry in New Zealand, Hamish excels at building focused, results-driven teams. What drew Hamish to this role at our family-owned company was the chance to make a significant impact across the organisation. His passion for Health and Safety and his early career experience in operations are integral to his contributions. Outside of work, Hamish enjoys exploring New Zealand's great outdoors, and spending quality time with his family fishing, hiking, and cycling.

With sales experience in the logistics and recruitment industries, as well as a four-year stint managing a local small business, joining Online Distribution in 2015 was the logical next step in Sam's career. His role as National Sales Manager enables Sam to interact daily with our clients and warehouse teams, and he enjoys adding value to our clients' businesses and helping create solutions. When Sam's not at work or being kept busy by his wife and three kids, he loves getting amongst the outdoors - trail running, fishing, SUP surfing or anything else out in our beautiful country.

Mike Evans joined Online Distribution in 2018 as General Manager of Finance, bringing extensive experience from the UK. After earning a Business degree from Lincoln University, he moved to London, where he furthered his studies and became a Chartered Management Accountant.Mike’s finance career has spanned prominent roles at Warner Bros, Seagram Distillers, Barclays Capital, and Deutsche Bank. After more than 20 years abroad, he returned to New Zealand with his wife and two children, drawn by new opportunities and the lifestyle.At Online Distribution, Mike plays a key role in shaping company strategy through his executive and directorship positions. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for mountain biking and travel.

Shalini joined Online Distribution in October 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where she focuses on recruiting talented individuals for our teams in Auckland and Christchurch. With a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology completed in 2021, Shalini spent two years in agency recruitment before transitioning to an internal recruitment role at Online Distribution. She appreciates the deeper insight that internal recruitment provides, which helps her effectively match new hires with our company culture and values. Shalini values the autonomy her role offers and the opportunity for professional growth. She enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people and takes pride in helping them find the right job opportunities. These aspects of her role have contributed significantly to her personal and professional fulfilment. Outside of work, Shalini is passionate about painting, playing computer games, and performing Bharatanatyam dance.

Jesse began working with Online Distribution in a casual role in October 2009 while completing his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, which he finished in 2012. After assisting with a major client in Auckland, he joined the Trainee Manager Programme in January 2013, quickly progressing to 2IC in March and Manager by June 2014. As a Manager, he oversaw major warehouse operations, trained new staff, and improved efficiencies. Jesse continued to advance and is now the Operations Manager for the Northern Region.He values the career progression opportunities Online Distribution has provided, allowing him to apply his academic knowledge in a real business environment. His biggest achievement is his rapid career growth, and he enjoys the fast-paced nature of the business, working with a diverse range of clients and challenges.

Tom Green joined Online Distribution in November 2009, and has built a strong career within the company, supported by dedicated mentors, management, and peers. This ongoing support has been instrumental in his professional development, allowing him to gain valuable industry insights and expertise.He thrives on the variety and challenges of his daily work, always engaged in something interesting while collaborating with a fantastic team across the company. A key milestone in Tom’s career was stepping into an Operations Management role in 2018, where he took on the responsibility of managing multiple business units across Christchurch.Tom describes Online Distribution as a progressive organization that prioritises staff development and growth, making it a rewarding place to work. If he had to sum up Online Distribution in one word, it would be "progressive."

David started at Online Distribution in 2013 as a store person in Christchurch with no prior logistics experience. Despite this, he quickly progressed to Site Manager within six months and later became Divisional Manager. After a brief stint in Projects and Procurement, he returned to Operations and now oversees the Port Hills Road sites as Operations Manager.He values the company’s strong work-life balance, which has allowed him to be present for important family moments. David emphasizes Online Distributions supportive culture, which accommodates employees' evolving needs over time, whether through flexible hours, location preferences, or professional development opportunities. He believes in giving people opportunities based on their character and work ethic, encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and open communication.David is particularly proud of Online Distributions culture of continuous improvement, where employee ideas are taken seriously. He fosters an environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth, reinforcing the belief that progress comes from trying, failing, and learning. He considers himself fortunate to have found such a strong workplace culture from the start of his logistics career. 

Jake relocated from his hometown on the Kapiti Coast to Auckland and joined Online Distribution in 2015, swiftly embarking on a leadership career path. He values the abundant opportunities for growth, the mentorship available, the diverse scope of roles, and the supportive environment at Online Distribution. Jake is balancing pursuing a degree with his work responsibilities, thanks to the strong support he’s received from Online Distribution. Outside of work, Jake enjoys a range of activities. He loves catching up with friends and family, and he stays active by playing various sports, including basketball and golf—though he admits he’s not particularly skilled at either. Jake is also a dedicated fan of the Chicago Bulls and the Mighty Hurricanes.

Cushla joined Online Distribution in 1995 as a school leaver and has since built a dynamic career within the company. Starting as an office junior, she gained experience across various roles, including warehouse operations, customer service, human resources, and payroll administration. Her current role as Accounts Manager involves managing accounts receivable and payable, processing company accounts, payroll & compliance and reporting to the management team.Online Distribution has been instrumental in supporting Cushla’s career growth, providing flexibility as she balanced work and family life. In 2016, with the company’s backing, she began part-time study at Canterbury University, working towards a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.Cushla takes pride in her contributions to the company, particularly in finalizing annual accounts, and values the strong workplace culture that has kept her engaged for nearly three decades. She attributes her long tenure to the supportive and family-like environment at Online Distribution.

Matt began his journey with Online Distribution in 2006 as a store person and has since advanced through multiple roles, including Client Manager and Site Manager, to his current position as Fulfilment Centre Manager. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to have great mentors who have guided his development into leadership positions.Passionate about continuous improvement, Matt takes pride in ensuring success for the company, clients, and team. He is always eager to take on new challenges, often volunteering to implement and refine processes on-site before they are rolled out nationwide—an aspect of his role he finds particularly rewarding.Outside of work, Matt values quality time with his wife and two children, supporting them in their pursuits. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he has transitioned from playing rugby to coaching, recently completing his World Rugby Level 1 coaching certification. He also has a keen interest in the NFL and follows the Houston Texans closely.

Jason joined Online Distribution in April 2004 as a Storeperson. He has since fulfilled several different roles within our warehouses, and now in our Central Office. Jason has a passion for Health and Safety and his early career experience in our warehouse operations are integral to his ability to make a meaningful contribution in his current role as our Health & Safety and Compliance Manager. Between 2020 and 2023 with the support of Online Distribution, Jason completed part-time study at the Southern Institute of Technology, and graduated with a diploma in New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety (Level 6). Outside of work, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking, golf and mountain biking.

David Potter has been with Online Distribution since November 2015, starting as a Trainee Site Manager before progressing into analytical support roles across different regional offices. His career growth reflects his dedication and adaptability, with his current focus on optimizing freight solutions. David values Online Distribution’s flat organizational structure, which fosters a supportive and approachable work environment. His biggest achievement is the recognition and opportunities he has received throughout his journey. If he had to describe Online Distribution in one word, it would be family-oriented.

Excel joined Online Distribution as a casual Storeperson in one of our Auckland warehouses in August 2024, while pursuing her studies in Supply Chain Management at Auckland University of Technology. Balancing her studies with her work, she received strong support from the Online Distribution team. After completing her master’s degree, Excel relocated to Christchurch in October 2024 to take on the role of Freight Analyst and Invoicing Support at our Central Office. With experience in distribution and operations within the fast-moving consumer goods sector internationally, she seized the opportunity to contribute more to the company and establish herself in New Zealand’s logistics industry. In her new position, she provides analysis and reporting on freight performance across the business and supports client invoicing for our sites. Outside of work, Excel enjoys running and traveling, exploring the outdoors and the beauty of nature.

Lance started as a Client Manager at Online Distribution in Auckland in 2016, quickly moving to a Site Manager role the following year. Lance says that Online Distributions culture fosters problem-solving, and the flexible working environment encourages initiative and involvement across a wide range of activities. The management's "can do" attitude supports those who thrive on finding solutions and driving improvements. Lance relocated to Christchurch in 2020 and he is now the National Quality and Inventory Manager. He finds the problem-solving aspect of his role particularly fulfilling, given the diverse requirements of our clients and the continuous opportunities for service enhancement as technology and client needs evolve. Assisting with the successful opening of three new warehouses from 2022 to 2024 are among Lance’s proudest achievements. While establishing new warehouses involves significant effort, Lance has found it incredibly rewarding to onboard new clients, implement updated processes, and build new teams. At Online Distribution, the close-knit environment ensures that everyone is valued and well-known.

Johnathon joined Online Distribution immediately after graduating from university in 2019, spending three and a half years with Online Distribution before taking a break to work on his family's farms. He returned to Online Distribution in early 2023, stepping into the newly created role of Operations Project & Support Lead. In this position, Johnny collaborates with various teams to implement and manage a diverse array of initiatives. Outside of work, Johnny is a dedicated supporter of his favourite rugby team, the Wallabies, and enjoys quality time with his wife and kids.

Jasmin Mita started at Online Distribution as a casual storeperson in Auckland in 2008, quickly gaining experience in picking, packing, and administration. In 2009, she was promoted to an administration role, handling invoicing, orders, customer service, and stock control. Her knowledge and adaptability led to her promotion to 2IC in 2011 then Trainee Site Manager for a new Auckland warehouse and by November 2011, she officially became Site Manager. After 18 months, she transferred to Christchurch to manage a larger site and later took charge of Online Distributions biggest Christchurch location.In August 2022 Jasmin transitioned from the operations team into the finance team. Her position as Payroll and Accounts administrator and client specific support has enabled her to learn and grow even further within the company.Jasmin credits Online Distribution for providing career growth opportunities and values the supportive team environment.

Donna’s Online Distribution Journey began at the Caerphilly warehouse in 2017, where she started as a casual in an inventory position while also working one day a week as an office administrator. She later moved into a more permanent role as an office receptionist and is now employed in the Accounts Department in a supporting position. Donna’s previous experience in Freight Forwarding, Sales, and working at the University of Canterbury—where she assisted in coordinating student degree requirements, including financial matters—has helped her transition smoothly into the finance department. She values respectful and approachable interactions while maintaining confidential relationships with employees, clients, and suppliers. In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with family, engaging in outdoor sporting activities, and pursuing personal interests such as exploring the country, studying health and fitness, swimming, and playing 8-ball pool.

Lavani is a detail-oriented Freight and Claims Administrator with a strong background in logistics, freight management, and claims processing. With expertise in handling freight claims, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely resolutions, Lavani plays a key role in optimizing supply chain operations. Adept at analyzing shipping discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations, she excels in minimizing financial losses and improving efficiency. Known for her problem-solving skills and commitment to accuracy, Lavani is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and streamlined logistics support.

Alex joined Online Distribution in February 2022 as a Client Manager before moving to the Support Analyst role in the same year. Having joined Online Distribution straight after graduating from university, Alex has greatly appreciated Online Distribution’s efforts into developing his knowledge and skillsets in both operations and digital environments. In his role as Support Analyst, Alex helps oversee the digital infrastructure of the business by troubleshooting digital issues as well as providing ongoing support to the operations teams in both Auckland and Christchurch. In his free time, Alex enjoys running, football and playing guitar.

Nelson joined Online Distribution in April 2023 as the Reporting Analyst with the Digital team, where he focuses on development of reporting solutions using modern enterprise software. With experience in manufacturing and logistics industries, Nelson is passionate about unlocking value-add efficiencies to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making in the business. Outside of work, Nelson enjoys cooking, spending quality time with his wife and three kids, the beach and travelling. 

Etienne joined Online Distribution in February 2024 as a Site Manager for our James Fletcher site in Auckland. Fresh off the plane, he was given the tremendous opportunity to join a dynamic, multicultural company - his first professional role in New Zealand.What attracted Etienne to Online Distribution was its balanced commitment to both staff and clients, demonstrating care and professionalism in equal measure.In his role, Etienne brings together his academic background and hands-on experience in warehousing and inventory management. He is passionate about using his knowledge to its full potential while continuously expanding his expertise. His goal is to share what he knows and create opportunities for as many people as possible, so they too may do the same for someone else in the future.

After spending a number of years in New Zealand and London as an EMT/paramedic, Greg joined Online Distribution in October 2022 as a Trainee Site Manager in Auckland, moving to a Site Manager role the following year. With a medical background and no prior logistics experience, Greg has appreciated Online Distribution's focus on recognising and developing individual potential in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. He has embraced the challenges of warehouse management and is committed to driving continuous improvements. He values the dynamic nature of his role at Online Distribution, where no two days are the same and opportunities abound in a rapidly growing company. In his spare time, Greg enjoys cooking, reading, trout fishing, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Sage joined Online Distribution in March 2022 as an Inventory controller, quickly moving to a Site manager role that August. What drew Sage to this role was the way the company allows you to easily become part of the family and provides plenty of opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation. Outside of work, Sage enjoys playing netball and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dean joined Online Distribution in May 2022 as a trainee site manager, moving to site manager in September 2022. Dean has a background in process manufacturing, retail and procurement, managing people in various roles for the last 15 years. He enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with leadership in a hands-on people management role. Being site manager of our Caerphilly site has extra challenges and learnings due to its role as a dangerous goods site, working in a safe and efficient manner is at the forefront of Deans daily motivation.Outside of work Dean spends his time competing in powerlifting, enjoying camping with his family, riding Jet skis and driving classic cars.

Ifigao began his journey with Online Distribution in 2012 as a casual employee while pursuing his university studies. From 2012 to 2016, he balanced his academic commitments with his role, laying the groundwork for his career growth. In 2017, Ifigao was promoted to Trainee Site Manager, moving to a 2IC role later that year, and advancing to a Site Manager role in 2020. Despite his initial self-doubt, the unwavering support from his manager and team bolstered his confidence and helped him embrace the challenge. Ifigao takes great pride in working with his team and appreciates the collaboration and mutual support that is at the heart of Online Distributions culture.

Tom joined Online Distribution in May 2020 as a Storeperson through a temp-to-permanent placement. His dedication and leadership quickly stood out, earning him a promotion to Site Manager in 2022. Working in a fast-paced environment, Tom thrives on the variety each day brings and the opportunity to collaborate closely with his team. His journey at Online Distribution has been defined by growth and mentorship, values he now pays forward by fostering strong, supportive relationships that empower his team to unlock their full potential. Outside of Online Distribution, Tom spends time outdoors with basketball & swimming or off the beaten track, hunting & off-roading.

Karen’s journey with Online Distribution began in Christchurch in 2004, where she started as a storeperson and progressed to a Site Manager role. Karen took several years off to raise her two children, and she rejoined the Online Distribution family full-time in Auckland in 2019, once again starting as a storeperson. Through dedication and the support of Online Distributions internal training programmes, Karen quickly progressed back to a Site Manager position in 2022. With extensive knowledge gained in Health and Safety, 3PL, and logistics, Karen enjoys engaging with both our clients and the Online Distribution team. This collaborative approach ensures that everyone works cohesively towards achieving the company’s common goals.

With 15 years of warehouse and logistics management experience as well as sourcing 3PL providers locally and internationally in his previous roles, Mike joined Online Distribution in 2017 with a wealth of experience to assist the company to grow as a business. His role as Site Manager of Online Distribution’s Dangerous Goods site enables Mike to utilise and build on his skill base to lead his young team and assist our clients with their unique requirements, and in turn help them all to succeed. In his spare time Mike enjoys time with his family, friends and staying active with sports.

Jacob joined Online Distribution in 2022 as a 2IC in our Savill drive location. With over 5 years of management experience in warehousing and logistics, he was able to adapt to the overall environment and culture Online Distribution had to offer. In early 2024 he was promoted to site manager and relocated to our Freight place site. Although the transition brought multiple challenges, with the support of the Online Distribution management team he was able to take charge of his new role. With the new opportunities for growth ever present, Jacob is making sure to absorb all he can to build a solid foundation for the future. 

Natasha Thornton joined Online Distribution in 2024 as the Team Leader for the newly launched Sir Woolf Fisher site. Demonstrating a strong aptitude for leadership, problem-solving, and team development, she was promoted to Site Manager in January 2025.Natasha earned a Master of Teaching and Learning from Victoria University, equipping her with valuable skills in leadership, planning, and human development. Before transitioning into the logistics industry, Natasha worked as a school teacher, developing the skills necessary to build motivated, cohesive teams and create a positive workplace culture. She is passionate about continuous improvement, staff development, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of site performance.Outside of her professional life, Natasha is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and enjoys spending time playing tennis and camping.
