Covid-19 Update – 25 March 2022

Below are the latest network status updates from our carrier partners:

 

Post Haste

Due to a high number of positive Covid cases in their team, Post Haste are currently only able to deliver urgent medical supplies to the Cromwell and Alexandra regions. All orders for other commodities will be dispatched once this restriction is lifted as staff return (likely very early April).

Please note: There are no restrictions for Queenstown and Wanaka.

There are no further restrictions in place, however delays are occurring with positive Covid cases scattered throughout the nation.

NZ Post Domestic

There are currently no pick up or delivery restrictions in place, however delays are occurring nationally. Major delays can be found in Wellington (4 day delays), Waikato (3 day delays), Manawatu (2 day delays) and Hawkes Bay (2 day delays).

Owens Transport / Mainfreight

No major delays currently, but it is recommended to allow an extra 1-2 transit days for all freight on the network.

Pickups from residential addresses are currently not permitted.
