Move to Covid-19 Alert Level 1
Along with the rest of the country, we are delighted with New Zealand’s successful management of Covid-19 and subsequent move to Alert Level 1. We have a lot to be thankful for as we become one of the least restricted countries in the world thanks to our “go hard go early” strategy.
We have received generous accolades for our teams who have worked hard throughout all alert levels to maintain a high level of service to our clients under challenging circumstances. Many of our “essential worker” team members have toiled long hours since the move to Level 2 last month, catching up on unprecedented pent-up demand.
We are grateful as well for the support we have received from our freight and transport partners over this period. The pressure on them has been immense.
And finally, we are grateful to our clients for the patience they have shown at times over this period as we have worked to clear backlogs of orders.
