Client Update 7 April 2020

In our last update (April 3) we indicated that our operational capacity was impacted by our reduced skeleton staffing teams who are exercising strict physical separation. In the last few days, a number of our clients have become eligible to despatch items newly deemed as essential. This has increased the pressure on our operational capacity and, unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly obvious that we may need to introduce some temporary changes to our processing timeframes.

This widening of the essential classification has also added further pressure to the courier and transport networks which are operating under similarly restricted conditions.

We acknowledge the importance of managing the expectations of our clients and their customers in this dynamic environment and we will provide more information as the situation evolves.

We continue to be encouraged by and appreciative of the understanding displayed by our clients as we work to operate safely and expeditiously for both our team and our clients.

Our Covid client liaison remains available at [email protected]  and our entire team remains committed to our clients’ needs as well as the nation’s Covid-19 effort. Should you have any queries please don’t hesitate to make contact.
