Nationwide Safety Commitment
This week saw the commencement of a new Health and Safety campaign, “Our Safety Our Responsibility”. This internal campaign is aimed at ensuring accountability throughout the business, as well as ensuring that the safety and well being of our teams, clients, suppliers and business partners is of the highest importance. Online Distribution is committed to delivering improved workplace safety and is striving towards a zero negative impact on all of our people.
This campaign asks all employees to hold the Senior Management Team responsible for delivering on safety, and communicating when they “get it wrong” ans well as their commitment to Making sure our teams actively work on safety.
A safety mindset is a prerequisite for working at Online Distribution and this campaign seeks to encourage an open mind on how to be even safer by showing that all ideas are valued.
