More Interisland ferry delays
Further on from the weather delays from last week, the Aratere has now suffered some mechanical failure. Kiwirail are hoping to have the Aratere back up and running by early next week.
This will cause further delays with the high volumes of freight that have already been delayed with the weather issues from last week.
