Responding to a requirement from our clients for real time information, Online Distribution has teamed up with 3PL Central to provide a cloud based Warehouse Management System (WMS). This powerful software provides a window into our warehouse, enabling our clients to view stock on hand, place orders, view transactions and more. Integrations are possible via EDI, with most popular e-Commerce shopping carts and other business systems, all in real-time.

How do I login to the Warehouse Management System?

Please click the above link to take you to the Online Distribution WMS login portal You must open this link in Microsoft Explorer Version 8 – 10. If you are using a Mac open the link in Firefox or Safari.

How do I place an order for stock to be sent to my customers?

We have a variety of methods to enter orders, please select depending on order volumes.

  • Manual – (suitable for low order volumes).
  • File Import – (suitable for low – high order volumes). Use this template for bulk order imports.
  • System to System integration – (suitable for high or complex order volumes).

Can I pre-load customer addresses?

Yes, please complete this template with your Customer Database and email it to nick.smithson@onlinedistribution.co.nz who will arrange for it to be uploaded.
